Ingredients
- 12 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 1.5 cups cooked sushi rice, warm
- 1 whole avocado, sliced
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black), toasted
