Ingredients

  • 12 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1.5 cups cooked sushi rice, warm
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black), toasted

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl, then add ahi cubes and toss gently for 30 seconds until coated.

    Season rice with a pinch of salt and divide between two bowls or stacking rings.
