Ingredients

  • 2 packets (100g each) frozen acai packets
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions

    Thaw acai packets at room temp for 2–3 minutes, then scoop into a blender.

    Add almond milk and blend until smooth and thick, about 45 seconds.

    Pour acai base into two bowls, spreading it flat to create a thick, creamy layer.

    Top each bowl with granola, fresh berries, and shredded coconut in clusters.
