Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen acai pulp (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or any plant milk)
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 whole banana, frozen and sliced
  • ½ cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

    Add acai pulp, almond milk, frozen berries, and sliced banana to a blender.

    Blend on high until the mixture is thick and creamy, ~60 seconds.
