Ingredients

  • 2 servings fresh ramen noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 sheet nori sheets

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the 2 servings of fresh ramen noodles according to package directions, about 2-3 minutes, until tender but still chewy. Drain well.

  2. 2

While the noodles cook, thinly slice the 3 green onions, separating the white and green parts. Cut the 1 nori sheet into thin strips with scissors.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, mix the 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, and 2 tsp sesame oil. Stir until combined.

  4. 4

Divide the sauce between two bowls. Add the hot drained noodles and toss well to coat every strand.

  5. 5

Top each bowl with the sliced green onions, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp chili flakes, and the nori strips. Serve immediately, mixing everything together before eating.
