Ingredients
- 2 servings fresh ramen noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 sheet nori sheets

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the 2 servings of fresh ramen noodles according to package directions, about 2-3 minutes, until tender but still chewy. Drain well.

While the noodles cook, thinly slice the 3 green onions, separating the white and green parts. Cut the 1 nori sheet into thin strips with scissors.

In a small bowl, mix the 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, and 2 tsp sesame oil. Stir until combined.

Divide the sauce between two bowls. Add the hot drained noodles and toss well to coat every strand.
