Ingredients
- 200 g canned or jarred abalone, drained
- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- 3 cups chicken or seafood stock
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp scallions, sliced thin
- ½ tsp soy sauce

Heat stock and ginger in a medium pot over medium-high heat until steaming, about 2 minutes.

Add rice and stir to combine, then simmer 2 minutes until it breaks down slightly into a porridge.

Slice abalone thinly. Stir into the pot with soy sauce and cook 1 minute until heated through.
