Ingredients
- ½ lb pork shoulder or butt, thinly sliced
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 oz rice noodles (bánh hỏi or thin rice vermicelli)
- 6 cups chicken or seafood broth
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp green onions (scallions), chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add pork slices, stirring to separate; cook 3 minutes until opaque.
