Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups polenta (cornmeal), divided
  • 1.5 cups rotisserie pork or pulled pork
  • ¾ cup salsa verde (jarred)
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar or cotija cheese, shredded
  • ⅓ cup jalapeños (pickled or fresh), sliced
  • 2.5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ cup crema or sour cream

Instructions

    Bring broth to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Whisk in 1 cup polenta slowly, stirring constantly until no lumps remain.
