Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- 16 count round dumpling wrappers (gyoza or pot-sticker size)
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 count scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 cup water (for steaming)

Brown ground pork in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon until no pink remains, about 4 minutes.

Stir in minced ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
