Ingredients
- 2 cups basmati rice, cooked
- ½ lb ground lamb (or diced lamb)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste (or 1 tbsp minced garlic + 1 tsp grated ginger)
- 2 tsp biryani spice mix (cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves) or garam masala
- ¾ cup yogurt, plus extra for raita
- 2 piece roti or naan (2 pieces)
