Ingredients
- ½ lb ground lamb
- 1.5 cups basmati rice, cooked
- ½ medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp curry paste or garam masala
- 1 medium carrot, sliced thin
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ whole lime (juiced)

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Brown ground lamb, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

Add sliced onion and curry paste. Stir and cook until onion softens and paste is fragrant, ~2 minutes.
