Ingredients

  • 3 large, sliced thin onion
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 8 slices (baguette or similar) bread
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese

Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

    Add sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently, until deeply golden, about 12 minutes.
