Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or basmati)
- 6 sheets phyllo sheets
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1.5 tsp allspice, cinnamon, and black pepper mix
- ¼ cup pine nuts or sliced almonds

Toss shredded chicken with cooked rice, spice mix, and half the nuts. Season with salt and pepper.

Lay one phyllo sheet flat, brush lightly with melted butter. Spoon filling along one edge, then roll tightly into a log.

Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and filling to make 6 rolls total.

Heat remaining butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high. Sear rolls seam-side down until golden, ~2 minutes per side.
