- 12 count pre-made crepes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 drops per color food coloring (red, yellow, blue, green, purple)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh berries (for garnish, optional)

Pour heavy cream and powdered sugar into a bowl. Whip with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, ~3 minutes.
