  • 12 pieces store-bought choux buns or cream puffs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup

Instructions
