Ingredients
- 8 shells frozen choux pastry shells (store-bought)
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 oz milk chocolate bar, shaved (for garnish)
