Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp, minced fresh ginger
  • 3 stalks, chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp white pepper

Instructions

    Heat broth in a large pot over medium-high until steaming, about 3 minutes.

    Add cooked rice and minced ginger; stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
