Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

    Pour heavy cream into a bowl. Whip with a mixer or whisk until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

    Sift cocoa powder and powdered sugar into the cream. Fold gently until no streaks of cocoa remain.

    Heat condensed milk and butter in a small skillet over medium-low until bubbling and darkened slightly, about 2 minutes.

    Remove caramel from heat. Stir in sea salt flakes until dissolved.

    Divide mousse among 4 bowls or glasses. Drizzle warm caramel over the top.
