Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp sea salt flakes
