Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen soup dumplings
  • 2 stalks scallion, chopped

Instructions

    Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

    Add frozen dumplings and stir gently to prevent sticking.

    Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer until dumplings float and skins are tender, about 5 minutes.

    Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
