Ingredients
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- ½ cup whipped cream (or vanilla ice cream)

Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a large mug (divide between two mugs for even cooking).

Pour milk into the dry mix and stir until just combined — a few lumps are fine.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter, then microwave on high for 90 seconds (a toothpick poked in the center should come out with a few wet crumbs).
