- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups marshmallow cereal (Charms, Froot Loops, or Fruity Pebbles)
- 3 drops per batch gel food coloring (red, yellow, blue)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
