Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles (bihon), dried
- 8 oz boneless chicken breast, diced
- 6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cabbage, sliced thin
- 1 medium carrots, julienned
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

Pour boiling water over rice noodles in a bowl and let sit 5 minutes until pliable. Drain and set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add diced chicken, cook stirring often, until no pink remains, about 4 minutes.

Toss in shrimp, carrots, and cabbage. Cook stirring, until shrimp turns opaque, about 3 minutes.
