Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles (bihon), dried
  • 8 oz boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 medium carrots, julienned
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Pour boiling water over rice noodles in a bowl and let sit 5 minutes until pliable. Drain and set aside.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Add diced chicken, cook stirring often, until no pink remains, about 4 minutes.

    Toss in shrimp, carrots, and cabbage. Cook stirring, until shrimp turns opaque, about 3 minutes.

    Add drained noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until heated through.

    Squeeze calamansi or lemon over top. Serve hot from the skillet.
