- 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 ½ cucumber
