Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 5 oz spinach
- 1 cup rice
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt

In a bowl, mix 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 1 tsp salt. Add 1.5 lb chicken thighs, coat well, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
