Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon slices
  • 2 slices cheese slices (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 whole hamburger buns
  • 1 set tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise

Instructions

    Form 2 beef patties about 0.5-inch thick. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes. Set aside on paper towels.

    In the same skillet, sear patties 90 seconds per side without moving. Top each with a cheese slice, cover, and cook 30 seconds until melted.

    Push patties to the side. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook until whites set but yolks still jiggle, about 2 minutes.

    Toast bun halves in the same skillet 30 seconds per side until golden. Spread mayo on bottom halves.

    Layer: bun + lettuce + tomato + patty + bacon + fried egg + top bun. Press gently and serve immediately.
