- ½ lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon slices
- 2 slices cheese slices (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 whole hamburger buns
- 1 set tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise

Form 2 beef patties about 0.5-inch thick. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes. Set aside on paper towels.

In the same skillet, sear patties 90 seconds per side without moving. Top each with a cheese slice, cover, and cook 30 seconds until melted.
