Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- 24 count wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 count garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 cups bok choy or spinach

Mix pork, green onion, ginger, and soy sauce in a small bowl until combined.

Spoon 1 tsp filling into the center of each wonton wrapper.

Wet the edges with water. Fold diagonally into a triangle, then bring corners together and pinch to seal.
