- 2 stalks celery
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cans (15 oz each) canned white beans (cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 to taste salt and black pepper
- 3 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or thyme, chopped)
