Ingredients
- 2 oz whiskey (rye or bourbon)
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
- 1 cup ice

Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
