Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1.25 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter

In a large bowl, whisk together the 1.5 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt until combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the 1 egg, then whisk in the 1.25 cups milk and 3 tbsp melted butter.
