Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotisserie pork or cooked pulled pork
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 count hamburger buns or sandwich rolls

Instructions

    Shred the pork into bite-sized pieces if not already done.

    Whisk vinegar, ketchup, hot sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl until sugar dissolves.

    Add shredded pork to a skillet over medium heat and warm through, ~3 minutes.

    Pour sauce over pork and simmer 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until glossy and clinging.
