- 1.5 cups water

- ½ cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)

Thinly slice 1 medium onion. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion to the skillet and cook until soft and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Pour in a ladleful of batter, tilting the pan to spread it thinly.
