Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 whole lime
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 medium carrot
- ½ head green cabbage

Thinly slice the 1 lb pork tenderloin into bite-size strips. Heat a large skillet over medium-high and cook the pork until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.

Whisk together the juice of 2 limes, 2 tbsp fish sauce, and 1 tbsp sugar in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves. This is your dressing.

Shred the 2 carrots and 0.5 head of cabbage into a large bowl. Add the cooked pork and pour the dressing over. Toss well to combine.
