Ingredients
- 4 thin slices veal cutlets
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup, chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt

Season the 4 veal cutlets with 0.5 tsp salt. Roll each slice tightly and secure with a toothpick.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add the veal rolls and brown on all sides, about 4 minutes total, until golden.
