Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 3 oz uni (sea urchin)
  • 3 oz ikura (salmon roe)
  • 2 sheets nori seaweed sheets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin

Instructions

    Divide warm sushi rice between two bowls, pressing gently to create an even base.

    Tear nori into thin strips with your hands over a bowl to catch pieces.

    Stir soy sauce and mirin together in a small bowl until sugar dissolves, ~30 seconds.
