Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.25 cups sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 6 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

Whisk flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl until combined.

Pour batter into pan. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 25–30 minutes.
