Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the 1 large flatbread on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

Cook the 2 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Crumble and set aside.

  3. 3

Sprinkle 0.5 cup shredded cheese evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border. Crack the 2 eggs onto the cheese, spacing them apart.

  4. 4

Scatter the crumbled bacon and 1 tbsp sesame seeds over the top. Bake until the egg whites are set but yolks are still soft, about 8-10 minutes.

  5. 5

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with 2 tbsp fresh herbs, and serve hot.
