- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the 1 large flatbread on a baking sheet.

Cook the 2 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Crumble and set aside.
