- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1.25 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the 3 cups flour, 2.25 tsp instant yeast, 1.5 tsp salt, and 1 tsp sugar.
- 2
Add the 1.25 cups warm water and 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled, about 1 hour.
- 5
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
- 6
Punch down the dough and divide into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into an oval about 1/4-inch thick.
