Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 2 whole red chili peppers
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 whole lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Roughly chop the 4 tomatoes and 2 red chili peppers (remove seeds for less heat). Peel the 2 garlic cloves.

In a blender, combine the chopped tomatoes, chilies, garlic, juice of 1 lime, and 0.5 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour in the blended sauce and cook, stirring, until it thickens slightly and darkens in color, about 5 minutes.
