Ingredients
- 2 pieces flatbread
- 2 medium tomato
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the 2 flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Brush the flatbreads with 1 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Slice the 2 tomatoes into thin rounds and arrange them evenly over the flatbreads.

Tear the 200g mozzarella into pieces and scatter over the tomatoes.

Drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tsp dried oregano.
