Toasted Sesame Beef with Chinese Toon

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Chinese toon leaves
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

In a bowl, toss the 1 lb beef slices with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add the beef in a single layer and sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the 3 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the 2 cups Chinese toon leaves and stir-fry until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Return the beef to the pan. Add the remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil. Toss everything together for 1 minute.
