Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Add Greek yogurt, frozen blueberries, milk, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender.

    Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until thick and creamy with no chunks.

    Pour into two tall glasses, filling halfway.

    Top each glass with a generous handful of granola, pressing gently so it settles into the smoothie.
