Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 2 tbsp green peppercorns
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup Thai basil or cilantro
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Cut fish into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat.

Fry fish until golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Slice onion and chilies. Add remaining oil to wok, stir-fry onion and chilies for 2 minutes.
