Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thai tea powder or brewed Thai iced tea (chilled)
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk or sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp orange juice or orange slices (optional)

Instructions

    Pour chilled Thai tea into a tall glass over the ice cubes.

    Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the bottom of the glass or reserve for layering.

    Pour coconut milk slowly over the tea, creating an ombré effect. Stir gently to combine.

    Top with a splash of orange juice or float orange slices if using. Serve with a wide straw.
