Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 8 oz dried rice noodles (thin)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Bring beef broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

    Add noodles to boiling broth and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.

    While noodles cook, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high and brown ground beef with garlic, breaking up clumps, until no pink remains, ~4 minutes.
