Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 400 g firm white fish fillets (cod, halibut)
- 1 tbsp oil for brushing
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 piece lemon wedges
- ½ medium onion slices

Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels. Check for bones and remove any with tweezers.

In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice, kasuri methi, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

Coat fish fillets generously with the marinade, ensuring both sides are covered. Place in a shallow dish.

Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes while you prepare the grill.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush grates lightly with oil to prevent sticking.

Grill marinated fish for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and grill marks appear. Fish should flake easily with a fork.

Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh cilantro, onion slices, and lemon wedges.
