- ½ lb ground pork
- 2 medium scallions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix 0.5 lb ground pork, 2 finely chopped scallions, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp black pepper until combined.

Divide 1 lb pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. Flatten each into a 5-inch round, then place a quarter of the pork mixture in the center.
