Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 2 medium scallions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix 0.5 lb ground pork, 2 finely chopped scallions, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp black pepper until combined.

  2. 2

Divide 1 lb pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. Flatten each into a 5-inch round, then place a quarter of the pork mixture in the center.

  3. 3

Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

Brush tops with water and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sesame seeds. Bake until golden brown and filling is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.

  5. 5

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.
