Tahini Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee or chilled brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • ¾ cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Add tahini and maple syrup to a tall glass or shaker. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds until well combined.

    Pour cold brew coffee into the glass and stir until the tahini is fully dissolved and the drink is smooth.

    Add ice cubes and stir once. Top up with a splash of cold water if desired for a lighter drink.
