Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet (or 2 tbsp homemade) taco seasoning
  • 1 head (butter or iceberg) lettuce
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

    Brown ground beef, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

    Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, then simmer until thickened, ~2 minutes.
