Ingredients

  • 1 lb sundae (Korean blood sausage)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the 1 lb sundae into 1/2-inch rounds. Cut the 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, and 1 onion into bite-sized pieces; separate the 2 cups broccoli into small florets.

  2. 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sundae and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same pan, add the carrot, zucchini, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Return the sundae to the pan. Add the 3 tbsp soy sauce and stir-fry everything together for 2 minutes, until the sauce coats the ingredients and the vegetables are glossy.

  5. 5

Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if you have them. Serve hot.
