Ingredients

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • ⅓ cup pine nuts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Pulse until coarsely chopped, about 8–10 pulses. Do not overprocess.
