Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

    Whisk flour, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp baking powder in a bowl. Make a well and add eggs, milk, and melted butter.

    Stir until just combined—some lumps are okay. Preheat your waffle iron.

    Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per waffle.

    Whip heavy cream with 1 tbsp sugar until soft peaks form, about 1–2 minutes.
